Join us for Some Tasty Brunch Choices This Memorial Day Weekend
Memorial Day is almost here, a holiday that for most marks the start of summer and a time of reverence in honor of our nation’s soldiers.
Whether you’re joining the national celebrations across the DC area, gathering with family and friends, planting your garden, pulling out your summer whites, or simply enjoying three days off… we hope you will join us for brunch.
Farmers Restaurant Group will be welcoming guests for brunch this holiday weekend, Saturday, Sunday, and Memorial Day Monday, in all five of our restaurants. Voted as a top DC Best Brunch spot by Washingtonian Magazine readers and Washington City Paper’s Best of DC, our brunches are always a bounty of food and drinks we make from scratch primarily using ingredients from family farms across America.
Our brunch menus vary some by location. Founding Farmers DC and MoCo’s Founding Farmers in Potomac, MD have a sit-down, a la carte style service that includes our ever-popular Chicken & Waffles made breakfast-style with scrambled eggs, stuffed French toast, benedicts, buttermilk pancakes, poached egg hashes, and our specialty glazed, thick-cut bacons.
Our Farmers Market Brunch buffet is served at Founding Farmers Tysons, Farmers Fishers Bakers on the Georgetown Waterfront, and Farmers & Distillers at Mt Vernon Square. This festival of food is hard to beat with traditional breakfast fare such as buttermilk pancakes and bacon, a butchers table, a gardeners table ripe with luscious salads, and lots of passed decadence from eggs benedict and cracker crusted shrimp to spring rolls and house-made doughnuts.
Our brunch drinks are also fan favorites. In all of our restaurants, we make craft cocktails with our proprietary spirits and house-made syrups and mixers. From one of the best Bloody Mary’s in town, according to Washington City Paper, to our Fisher’s Tikis at Farmers Fishers Bakers, to our Whimsical Shared Cocktails at Farmers & Distillers, to our old fashioned scratch sodas, we can usually quench anyone’s thirst. Of course, we also serve our delicious Compass Coffee First Bake Blend, designed and roasted especially for our restaurants.
There are a lot of reasons to visit one of our farmer-owned restaurants over Memorial Day weekend. If you can, we recommend making a reservation. For specifics on our brunch hours and menus for each location, go to:
