Join the Summer Fun & Festivities at Reston Station

Founding Farmers Reston Station has landed in an innovative neighborhood with vision. And this summer, the plans at Reston Station Metro Plaza are plentiful.

As a center point for commuting, shopping, and gathering for local Northern Virginia natives, Reston Station offers a spacious landscape with a wide variety of activities.

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:30pm. Enjoy free yoga on the plaza offered by Beloved Yoga. Bring a mat and some water, and plan to stop by Founding Farmers for a healthy salad afterward or one of our scratch-made dishes to feed your soul.

Wednesdays, 1pm-7pm. Stop by the Reston Station Farmers Market for some locally grown fruit, vegetables, and meat. Grab lunch beforehand at Founding Farmers or a cup of our delicious Compass Coffee to go to peruse what the vendors are offering in this delightful, open-air community market.

Fridays, 7pm-9pm. Enjoy free concerts on the plaza. Who doesn’t love an outdoor concert? From Afropop to Rockabilly, there will be a mix of genres to appeal to everyone’s musical tastes. The Reston Station calendar lists bands and links to their music so you can make your plans accordingly. Of course, there are some great date night possibilities here. Grab dinner and one of our craft cocktails beforehand. Or come in for a nightcap and one of our scratch-made desserts afterwards.

Saturdays & Sundays, 11am-1pm. Come down for Sunday Sounds on the Plaza, more free outdoor music to celebrate summer and get the family out and about (even dance). On Sunday, add our famous Farmers Market Buffet Brunch and one of our award-winning Bloody Mary’s to the outing, and your weekend may have already reached summertime perfection. If possible, we recommend making a reservation.
