Family-owned since 2008 at the corner of 28th and P Street NW, right above Georgetown, Stachowski’s Market isn’t just any butcher shop & deli. It’s a chef-driven destination for food lovers who value excellence and authenticity. Known for its mastery in curing and smoking meats, Stachowski’s combines old-world heritage with classic cooking techniques. Originally launched as a charcuterie shop, thanks to owner Jamie Stachowski, they expanded to include a full market featuring classic cured meats, fresh seafood, and impressive cuts of steaks – all butchered in-house – plus hearty sandwiches that might require a nap after eating.
