Today’s Fresh Catch: Flavor in Every Bite 

Our newly curated fresh catch selections capture the essence of winter, with each entrée featuring bold flavors and seasonal ingredients. Check out our four new creations that are as comforting as they are mouthwatering:  

  • Our Tomato Brunswick-Braised Fish of the Day is served overtop a bowl of warm New Brunswick stew with house-made cheese ravioli. It’s accompanied by our freshly baked, rustic boule for the perfect balance of texture and taste. 
  • Our Herb Butter-Basted Fish of the Day shines with a bright white wine, lemon, and butter sauce. Served with house-cut fries for a delicious finish. 
  • Savor our Bourbon Cedar Plank Fish of the Day, caramelized with BBQ Hot Honey and grilled on a Founding Spirits Bourbon-soaked cedar plank. Each bite is packed with a smoky flavor that’ll leave you wanting more. 
  • Our Bourbon Balsamic Sweet Onion Fish of the Day features a Founding Spirits Bourbon and Balsamic Onion crust, with creamy tomato butter and house-cut crispy waffle chips.  
  • For those who prefer simple, fresh flavors, Our Simple Style Fish of the Day is served with blistered tomatoes, lemon oil, parsley, and chives. Pair it with two of our seasonal crop list sides to complete your winter feast.
