We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our first Founding Farmers restaurant outside the DC-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) region! Slated to open in spring 2017, at the state-of-the-art dining, retail, and residence destination – King of Prussia Town Center just outside Philadelphia, PA – Founding Farmers King of Prussia will bring the Founding Farmers brand of farmer-owned, sustainable, quality food and drink that the restaurants have become known for.

Are you ready for Valentine’s Day? It tends to sneak up every year. But, we’ve got you covered. In the form of delicious, homemade confections. Our Founding Farmers Tysons pastry team has crafted a special Valentine’s Day Confections menu to help show your sweet side this February 14th.

Founding Farmers DC was thrilled to recently open our doors, for the fifth year, to some pretty amazing, enchanting, and wide-eyed preschool-3 students from the Friendship Public Charter School Southeast Academy.

Oh, do we have a sweet treat in store for you this holiday season at Founding Farmers Tysons! Our Founding Farmers Tysons culinary elves (i.e. our Pastry Team) are hard at work creating delicious sweets and treats for you and yours this holiday season.

We’re excited to announce that Farmers Restaurant Group is opening a fourth Founding Farmers. This time our doors will open in Reston, Virginia, and serve as our second location in Northern Virginia.

VA craft beer is taking center stage this summer as Virginia celebrates their love of craft beer with festivals, special events, and fun/interactive craft brewery happenings. In fact, Virginia is in good company as CraftBeer.com reports that the average American lives within 10 miles of a craft brewery.

Giving back to the community is just one amazing benefit of working so hard at operating a successful restaurant. And when we’re able to give back to our local community and impact the lives of our next generation, all the better!

Last night’s third installment of MoCo’s Founding Farmers Behind the BARn series proved another successful, spirited evening led by our amazing Beverage Director Jon Arroyo and his team of beverage & cocktail experts.

Our newest Farmers Restaurant Group restaurant, Founding Farmers Tysons (FFT), is much like our other Founding Farmers restaurants: a labor of love. Our restaurant consulting team loves collaborating with and being inspired by our external team of amazing designers, artists, and craftsmen, who bring our concepts to life.

We are happy to share that our second event in our Behind the BARn series was a great success. This installment aptly named, “Margarita May,” drew guests last night to MoCo’s Founding Farmers for a fun night of food, a look behind the scenes of our Founding Farmers bar & beverage program … and of course some yummy margaritas!
