Behind the BARn: Event Series Kicks Off!
We’re thrilled to share a look behind the scenes at last night’s kick-off event for our new Founding Farmers monthly series, Behind the BARn.
Our dynamic Beverage Director, Jon Arroyo, and his talented team offered MoCo’s Founding Farmers guests an exclusive, fun-filled glimpse into our award-winning bar & beverage program.
Focusing on Farm Classics, Jon and his team gave guests a look behind the bar, from cocktail concepts and ingredients to technique tips and the creation of guest favorites such as: Founding Farmers’ very first bar menu cocktail, our refreshingly light, Organic Cucumber Delight, which guests enjoy (on average) 15,000 per year! Also featured, The Constitution, a citrusy classic take on a traditional gin cocktail; as well as our tiki-centric and flavorful Potomac Park Swizzle.
All made for a great night filled with delicious cocktails, great food, and happy guests.
