Our Braised Citrus-Honey Heirloom Carrots are delightful yet simple and tossed in a blend of lemon, lime, and orange juices, infused with the sweetness of Beyla honey and the aromatic touch of fresh thyme. Our Roast Zucchini with Minted Garlic Goat Cheese is sure to become a guest favorite this summer. Pan-roasted fresh zucchini takes center stage, served atop a luscious spread of minted garlic goat cheese, adorned with hand-torn mint leaves, and garnished with a crunchy mix of toasted pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts, and cashews.
For those seeking a light and savory side, our Wilted Summer Greens are the ideal choice.
