Founding Farmers coffee is fully traceable back to the farmers that grow our beans. For example, our XOXO Espresso proprietary blend is sourced though our partnership with Cooxupé, a Brazilian cooperative in São Paulo that supports its 13,000 members with free farming guidance. Over 200 agronomists, technicians, and veterinarians assist farmers on-site through every stage of specialty green coffee production, from planting to harvesting to post harvesting. Committed to social responsibility, Cooxupé has developed health and scholarship programs, offering education and training that emphasize sustainable farming and the next generation of coffee growers.
Our Loring Smart Roaster uses 80% less energy and emits 80% less emissions than other standard coffee roasters. The machines are designed with a smokeless burn system that significantly reduces the negative environmental impact of coffee roasting. Their advanced technology also allows us to have more precision over temperature control, making for a consistent, more delicious experience every time you enjoy a cup of our coffee.
