Another Success from “Behind the BARn”
We are happy to share that our second event in our Behind the BARn series was a great success.
This installment aptly named, “Margarita May,” drew guests last night to MoCo’s Founding Farmers for a fun night of food, a look behind the scenes of our Founding Farmers bar & beverage program … and of course some yummy margaritas!
While guests dined on assorted appetizers, mini pulled pork/mini egg salad sliders, and mushroom Ruebens, they also sipped on two of our delicioso tequila-margarita-centric cocktails: the La Paloma and the specially created Señior Arroyo.
Our bartending team, led by our talented Beverage Director, Jon Arroyo, offered an interesting view into the history of tequila and the art of crafting a proper margarita, with help from renowned spirits producer Mezcal El Silencio’s Brand Ambassador, Torrence Swain.
